Streams a macOS desktop into a terminal pane over SSH using ScreenCaptureKit and kitty graphics, with no VNC or extra port.
Why you might care
Useful when you already have an SSH session to a Mac and want to see and control its screen without installing a separate remote-desktop client or opening another port. It also has a headless mode, krd ax, that prints the accessibility tree as text for scripts and agents. Requires macOS 14+ and a kitty-graphics-capable terminal such as kitty, Ghostty, or WezTerm; Terminal.app is not supported. The project is marked work in progress.
