Go tooling that checks functions marked //noalloc:root, and everything they call, for heap allocations, plus fixed-size data structures.
Why you might care
Keeps zero-allocation Go code from regressing as it changes: the CLI reports every allocating line in a root's call tree and exits nonzero when it finds one. Includes bounded collections and a JSON encoder/decoder that avoid allocation. Requires Go 1.27 or later; the README calls it experimental and used in production at The Consensus.
