Python Windows GUI that packages an extracted ExeFS/RomFS game snapshot into a plaintext NSP for compatible emulators.

For users with lawfully obtained, already-extracted Switch 2 game folders who want an NSP for supported emulators. Includes an optional reversible emulator patch for recognized Windows x64 Eglantine and PokeDinner builds, plus separate Game and DLC workflows.
