R package for building flexible, multi-panel heatmaps with customizable row and column annotations.
Why you might care
Useful for bioinformatics and data analysis in R when you need to arrange several heatmaps side by side with annotation graphics, which base heatmap functions don't support well. Distributed through Bioconductor under MIT license, with an accompanying InteractiveComplexHeatmap package for exporting plots to Shiny apps.
