git clone https://github.com/hughesl431/After-Effects-Motion-Studio-2026.git
Repo claiming to distribute Adobe After Effects 2026 for Windows via a one-line PowerShell install command.
Why you might care
Not a legitimate way to get After Effects. The README tells users to run a remote script as administrator with antivirus disabled, and the topics suggest unlicensed or free copies. Adobe's official installer, or an open-source alternative, is the safer choice.
