Why you might care

Aimed at people who can't remember what they did yesterday; it goes beyond screen time by capturing what happened inside apps and writing daily, weekly and monthly journals. Local-first, with optional encrypted sync to an official server, a self-hosted server, or a sync folder, and it exposes a read-only local MCP server for querying your history from Claude or Cursor.
