Runs a TypeSafe Jev model over Hyperliquid BTC and ETH books and executes one decision per tick on Papertrade, which fills at Hyperliquid BBO mid with no spread, slippage, or funding. Starts in dry-run mode with simulated fills at BBO mid, so you can test before trading real USDC; live use involves up to 1000x leverage.
