NUP is a container format that packs unencrypted Nintendo Switch 1 and Switch 2 game dumps, including updates and DLC, into one compressed file.
Why you might care
Stores ExeFS program files and full RomFS trees, so base game, updates, and addons live together in a single archive. Includes a Python reference implementation with a pack command that auto-discovers base, update, and DLC directories. Requires game dumps that are already decrypted.
