Command-line tool that tests latency, packet loss, and download speed of Cloudflare CDN IPs and ranks the fastest ones.
Why you might care
Cloudflare assigns mainland China visitors IPs with high latency and loss, and manually sifting its published IP ranges is impractical. This Go CLI automates the search and outputs the best IPv4/IPv6 addresses to result.csv. It also works for other CDNs or any site that resolves to multiple IPs, though you must supply a download test URL yourself.
