Claims to be a pre-activated standalone Windows installer for a PDF processor, delivered via a PowerShell setup script.
Why you might care
The README describes a pre-activated 1.5 GB build that runs a PowerShell script to install, and it is framed around bypassing licensing and antivirus blocks. The project does not document real features or a verifiable source, and it appears to distribute cracked commercial software; avoid running it and use Adobe Acrobat Reader or an open-source PDF editor instead.
