Why you might care
Aimed at people auditing their own phones: it scans installed apps for network-plus-sensitive permissions, extracts URLs from APK dex files on-device, and scores risk. It proposes rollback-capable actions and never uninstalls unless --aggressive is passed; it sends no data anywhere and needs no root. Requires JDK 17+ or uses the bundled portable build.
