Why you might care
Horizon is a Rust rewrite of Minecraft Java Edition 26.3 that cannot run Java mod jars, so this answers which of your mods or modpack entries already have a Horizon counterpart. It accepts a mod name, a mods folder, a Prism or MultiMC instance, or an .mrpack or CurseForge zip, and can watch missing mods for a Horizon version. It is a Windows portable exe with no account.
