Why you might care

Targets users of Claude Desktop and Claude Code who need local maintenance after account restrictions. It runs read-only audits by default, verifies SHA-256 backups before any change, and moves removed items to the Trash so they can be restored. It keeps conversation history, settings, and MCP config intact, and it does not bypass bans or keychain protections.
