It is a zero-dependency Node scheduler that routes scheduled and external events to any CLI agent that accepts a prompt and prints a reply, with no SDK needed. Approval requests go to Feishu, DingTalk, WeCom, Slack, Discord, or desktop notifications, and it runs locally without a public port.
