Troubleshooting guide for tooltips drawn behind windows and UI scaling issues in Probably Stolen on 21:9 and other non-16:9 PC displays.
Why you might care
Gives a step-by-step diagnostic sequence for ultrawide tooltip and overlap bugs, including the 1.0.0.1 hotfix context and a checklist for writing a reproducible bug report. Includes an offline HTML copy. Thin on detail beyond the listed steps, and it appears to be a community-authored guide rather than official documentation.
