Runs classic iPhone, iPod touch and iPad firmware (iPhone OS 1 to iOS 7) in an emulator on macOS.
Why you might care
Lets you boot Apple's original firmware for early iPhones, iPod touches and the first iPad on a Mac, with the stock Home screen, built-in apps and App Store-era software. Downloads firmware from Apple or public archives and verifies hashes; you can also import your own IPSW. Mac-only, GPL-2.0, and deliberately limited to the listed devices.
