Drop a mod's .jar into the app and press Add to Horizon to get a Rust-compatible mod back, with a Works, Partly, or Won't run verdict per mod. It runs offline, needs no Java or Rust toolchain, and ships as a single portable Windows exe under MIT license. Rendering, shader, and performance mods generally don't convert yet.
