README advertises a pre-activated Photo Commander installer delivered via a PowerShell script, with no verifiable project content.
Why you might care
The repository presents a pre-activated (cracked) copy of commercial photo software distributed through an unverified script, and it asks users to disable antivirus protection to run it. The README and topics are aimed at piracy search terms, so there is no legitimate open-source project here to evaluate; avoid running it.
