Declarative NixOS module that decrypts sops-encrypted secrets at activation and places them with configured owners and permissions.
Why you might care
Keeps secrets encrypted in version control while NixOS handles provisioning, with per-secret users, groups, and permissions defined in config. Secrets are written to a new directory and swapped in atomically, and sops files are checked at evaluation time. Works with age, GPG, and SSH-derived keys, and includes a home-manager module.
