ChaosCaptain / DVD-Creator
git clone https://github.com/ChaosCaptain/DVD-Creator.git
Claims to be a pre-activated Windows DVD Creator installer that runs via a PowerShell setup script; the README gives no verified details.
Why you might care
The README offers no verifiable features, source, or license; it instructs disabling antivirus real-time protection and running an unverified script with 'activated' software, which is a serious security and legal risk. Look for an official DVD authoring tool from its vendor instead.
