Why you might care
Useful for GPU researchers studying Turing half-rate FMLA32/IMLA4 behavior and reproducing the measured MMA and cuBLAS results. It is not a general installer or VBIOS mod, the unlock does not persist across reboots, and results are limited to one tested board and firmware.
