git clone https://github.com/ARahim3/DigUp.git v0.6.1 · 11d ago

Desktop app that searches files on your computer by their content, including photos, PDFs, documents, audio, video and code, using a local embedding model.

Why you might care

Lets you find a moment in a recording, a page in a PDF or a photo by describing it in plain language, in over 100 languages. Everything runs on-device and nothing you index leaves the computer; exact strings like invoice numbers are also matched. Mac is the stable build, while Windows and Linux are in beta.
