macOS CLI for managing custom icons for files and folders
Encrypts folders and files on Linux Mint (Cinnamon/Nemo) using AES-256, making it feel like a native part of the system: double-click on the desktop, right-click in Nemo, and a custom icon for encrypted files. Everything is installed with a single script, with no unusual dependencies.
Batch-rename files and folders from a Bash terminal menu or Nemo right-click: live preview, templates, EXIF dates, collision-safe moves and undo.
Small interactive bash script that backs up your personal folders to an external or internal drive with rsync. It also gives one-click access to Timeshift for full-system snapshots, and can schedule itself with cron from the menu. Easy to use
Compresses and speeds up macOS screen recordings with ffmpeg. Drop a .mov into a folder or right-click it in Finder, and a smaller .mp4 comes back. It can also cut stretches out and join recordings.
